Our Health Guarantee
All puppies purchased through Integrity Williams French Bulldog Home are subject to a 30-day health guarantee provided by the breeder. For clarification on coverage details, we advise consulting the relevant state laws.
Upon acquiring your new puppy(s), it is imperative to schedule a veterinary examination within ten days. Should the veterinarian diagnose your puppy as clinically ill or having succumbed to an injury or illness likely contracted prior to the sale and delivery date, you are presented with the following options:
- Return the puppy for a full refund.
- Exchange the puppy for a replacement of equivalent value.
- Retain the puppy and receive reimbursement for reasonable veterinary expenses, not exceeding the purchase price.
These options are not applicable if the seller, having furnished a health certificate endorsed by a veterinarian, explicitly disclosed in writing at the time of sale any health concerns subsequently prompting the buyer’s return request.
If, within 30 days of purchase, a licensed veterinarian determines that your puppy exhibits an inherent or hereditary defect adversely impacting its health, or if your puppy passes away due to such a defect, you are entitled to the same options outlined previously.
You are required to promptly notify the breeder of the veterinarian’s contact information within two business days of receiving the veterinary certificate regarding your puppy’s condition. Failure to notify the breeder within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of rights. It is essential to familiarize yourself with the laws governing puppy sales in the state of your French Bulldog purchase.
Each state in the United States has distinct regulations regarding the health assurance for sold puppies. In states lacking mandatory health policies, any breeder advertising through our platform is expected to provide a minimum 30-day health guarantee for their puppies. Should a state law mandate a guarantee period exceeding 30 days, that statute takes precedence.
Some breeders may opt to provide extended warranties for their puppies. However, it is imperative to note that any health guarantee offered by a breeder must meet or exceed the minimum standards set by state law. For further insight into extended genetic health guarantees, please refer to the following:
Extended Genetic Health Guarantees (if available):
This additional guarantee specifically addresses any disease or illness conclusively determined to have a genetic origin through thorough veterinary examination and testing.
Please be aware that these guarantees do not encompass routine veterinary expenses associated with the general care of your French Bulldog.
Submission of appropriate documentation to the breeder is a prerequisite before any compensation can be disbursed.
It is important to emphasize that this guarantee excludes any expenses arising from injuries resulting from owner negligence or accidental harm
